Offer agreement

1. General Terms

1.1 This offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a public offer and contains the terms and conditions for the purchase of alcoholic beverages on the websites www.kontabas.com and www.kontapel.com. Acceptance of this offer signifies agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Customer confirms that they have reached the legal age required for the lawful purchase of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

2. Exchange and Return of Physical Goods

2.1 Ordered goods can only be exchanged or returned if they have not been opened and remain in their original packaging.

2.2 In the event of receiving damaged goods, the Customer must report this within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

3. Ordering and Using Services

3.1 Goods may be ordered by placing an order on the websites www.kontabas.com and www.kontapel.com.

3.2 The use of the site’s services implies compliance with the rules established on the website.

4. Order Cancellation

4.1 An order can be canceled within 24 hours of its placement, provided that it has not already been shipped.

4.2 To cancel an order, the Customer must contact customer support at kontabas@kontapel.com.

5. Delivery

5.1 The delivery of goods is at the recipient’s expense.

5.2 Ordered goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer within the agreed timeframe of 15 business days unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Refunds and Withdrawal of Funds

6.1 Refunds for unusable or damaged goods will be made within 14 business days from the date the goods are returned.

6.2 To request a refund, the Customer must contact customer support and provide all necessary information to kontabas@kontapel.com.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 This Agreement is considered concluded and accepted by the Customer upon acceptance of the terms of the offer specified on the website.

7.2 All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

7.3 This Agreement is legally binding on both parties and remains in effect until the termination of relations between the Parties.
