OFFER AGREEMANT

1. General Provisions

1.1 This offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer and contains the terms of purchase of alcoholic beverages on the websites www.kontabas.com and www.kontapel.com. Acceptance of this offer implies agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 The Customer, by accepting the terms of this Agreement, confirms that they have reached the legal age required for the lawful purchase of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Exchange and Return of Physical Goods

2.1 Ordered goods can be exchanged or returned only if they have not been opened and remain in their original packaging.

2.2 In the event of receiving damaged goods, the Customer is obliged to notify us within 24 hours from the moment of receiving the goods.

3. Ordering and Use of Services

3.1 Ordering goods can be done by placing an order on the website www.kontabas.com and www.kontapel.com.

3.2 The use of services and site services implies compliance with the rules established on the website.

4. Cancellation of Order

4.1 An order can be canceled within 24 hours from the moment of its placement, provided that it has not already been dispatched.

4.2 To cancel an order, the Customer must contact customer support at kontabas@kontapel.com.

5. Delivery

5.1 The delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the recipient.

5.2 Ordered goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer and within the specified period - 15 working days if separate terms are not agreed upon.

6. Refund and Money Withdrawal

6.1 Refunds for unsuitability or damage to the goods are made within 14 working days from the moment the goods are returned.

6.2 To request a refund, the Customer must contact customer support and provide all necessary information at kontabas@kontapel.com.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 This Agreement is considered concluded and accepted by the Customer from the moment of acceptance of the offer conditions specified on the website.

7.2 All disputes and discrepancies arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

7.3 This Agreement is legally binding for both parties and remains in force until the termination of relations between the Parties.
